These upgrades are decent for the jobs I play at least. SMN head is good for merit pacts. Feet are interesting since we haven't had a pet Magical Critical attack + piece yet outside of maybe a lucky augment. There is -23 seconds on those 5 pieces for BP delay which leads me to believe some reduction...
