Forum Updates and Apologies to Newly Registered Members

I had to perform some updates on the forums last night. As a result parts of the forums might be broken. If you notice anything amiss let me know.
I also tweaked the Captcha and hopefully that will resolve the issues we have been having with spam registrations. If it doesnt fix the issue I have some other tweaks lined up but its a fine line to walk between guarding from spam and making it a pain for people to register here so I try to be a little cautious in the changes I make.
I also want to apologize to any individuals who recentlly registered on the forums in the past two months and suddenly find their accounts deleted. I performed a mass pruning of accounts that seemed suspect and am sorry if your account was an inadvertent casualty.
